Properties: colorless transparent oily liquid. Boiling point 140℃(2.67kPa), 84℃(0.13kPa), 72℃(67Pa), 30℃(1.3Pa), Relative Density 1.415(25/4℃), Refractive index 1.451(25℃). Vapor pressure in 20℃ is 1.6Pa. Solubility in room temperatureis 10g/L, coal oil 2-3%. Miscible with most organic solvents. For heat-stable, but it can hydrolysis, saturated aqueous solution at room temperature decomposes 3% in 24h, in an alkaline solution or can be completely hydrolyzed in boiling water for 1h. Hydrolyzed product is dimethyl hydrogen phosphate and dichloro-acetaldehyde .
